SEWIFFL shall be a 12 Team, Half Point Point Per Reception(PPR) League. Games shall be played in a head to head format with decimal scoring and also include an extra game against the median.
Regular Season. SEWIFFL has a 14 week regular season, starting with NFL Week 1 and concluding NFL Week 14.
Postseason. SEWIFFL Postseason, both playoffs and Draft Control Bracket, shall start with NFL Week 15 and conclude NFL Week 17.
6 Teams qualify for the playoffs with the top 2 seeds receiving 1st round byes.
Matchups shall be as follows:
Round 1, Match A #3 Seed vs #6 Seed and Match B #4 Seed vs #5 Seed
Round 2, Match C #1 Seed vs winner of Match B and Match D #2 Seed vs winner of Match A.
Round 3, Superb Owl Championship: winner of Match C vs winner of Match D, 3rd place match, loser of Match C vs loser of Match D
Draft Control Bracket
Teams that do not make the Championship Playoff compete in the Draft Control Bracket. The winner of that bracket has first choice of draft position for the next season.
Matchups mirror that of Championship Playoffs, with regular season Seeds #7 and #8 getting first round byes.
SEWIFFL shall have yearly league fees of $60 per team, for a total prize pool of $720.
Prize Structure:
1st Place: $400 minus cost of Trophy Engraving, generally $8-$10, plus Superb Owl Trophy.
2nd Place: $150
3rd Place: $50
Regular Season Scoring Title: $50
Weekly Bonuses: $5 x 14 Weeks = $70
League fees shall be paid by the schedule draft date.
Payments shall be made via Venmo or Paypal
Any team that has not paid league fees shall have their roster frozen until payment or arraignments have been made.
Teams shall be limited to 16 players + 1 IR.

IR Eligibility. Only players with IR status are eligible to be on Sleeper IR.
Teams are allowed up to two(2) keepers, with a minimum of one(1) required.
Drafted Keepers can be held for up to four(4) consecutive seasons, the draft year and 3 additional seasons.
Undrafted free agent keepers are limited to three(3) seasons, the remainder of the year they are picked up and two(2) additional seasons.
Keepers shall cost the same round draft pick as they were chosen in. ie: Aaron Rodgers is picked in the 3rd round, if he is kept he’ll cost a 3rd round pick.
If a player is undrafted and kept he shall cost a 10th round pick.
Trading keepers does not reset their keeper years.
For example: Aaron Rodgers has been kept for 2 seasons and is traded, he has 2 seasons left, he may only be kept for those 2 remaining seasons.
If a team keeps two players in the same round, one player shall be moved down one round. If that is not possible, the player shall be moved up one round.
SEWIFFL Operates on a FAAB System for Waivers.
FAAB Budget is $100 per season
Waivers clear at 0200 Central Time on Wednesdays
Trades
Commissioner holds the sole Veto power, no league voting on trade vetos
Draft picks cannot be traded
Trade deadline is Week 12

SEWIFFL Draft date is set by the Commissioner, generally 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the NFL Season.
League members shall be notified as early as possible of the draft date so they can plan to be available for the draft.
Draft shall be a snake format
Draft order is determined as follows:
Winner of the Draft Control Bracket has first pick, followed by the loser of the Draft Control Bracket final. The next 4 slots are determined by the Sleeper 9th and 11th place matchups.
The last 6 positions are determined by reverse playoff finish order, ie the Champion has the last choice, 2nd place 2nd to last choice, etc.
Each offseason calls for rule changes are made. League votes on all rule changes, 2/3rd majority is required to ratify a suggested rule change. Commissioner also has final say in any rule changes.
